Driving his truck, he unexpectedly travels to the Great Yan Dynasty. By chance, General Zhang Xue mistakes him for a county magistrate. Ye Qiu initially believes he can use his magistrate status to live a peaceful life as a local tyrant, but he hears that the city's corvée laborers are rebelling due to food shortages. Faced with the emaciated laborers, Ye Qiu is moved and provides them with ten tons of congee. He thinks the crisis is over, but then… the real magistrate arrives, and Ye Qiu, the imposter, finds himself in a life-or-death situation.
