The Time-Traveling Food Safari: Su Dongpo's Island Quest
This show follows Song Dynasty literary giant Su Dongpo (Su Dongpo) time-traveling to modern Hainan Island a thousand years later. He bumps into Wu Feifan, a food show host, and they team up by chance to take down a workplace bully, eventually creating the "Best Food Live Stream". Along the way, Su Dongpo and Wu Feifan hop on a food-themed bus to explore Hainan’s famous local dishes for their live stream audience. Meanwhile, using Su Dongpo’s own talents in poems, songs, calligraphy, painting, chess, and music, the show lets viewers not only experience the vibrant Hainan food culture but also appreciate the beauty of Chinese traditional culture. Ultimately aiming to promote Hainan’s food and tourism culture, letting more people get to know Hainan and dream of visiting.
