Punishment of Love
Long Tianyu, the young master of the Long's Group who grew up under strict family education, fell in love with Lu Wanwan, a girl who loved to smile, when he was a teenager. However, Tang's mother unexpectedly fell in love with Lu Wanwan's father and married Father Gu after getting divorced. In college, Ren Hao from the Ren's family took a liking to Lu Wanwan's simplicity and beauty and took special care of her parents. Although Lu Wanwan had always been in love with Long Tianyu in her heart, she still accepted Ren Hao's care and pursuit. One day, Tang's mother was suddenly hit and killed by a car. Father Gu rushed to the Tang's family and injured Long Tianyu. In the end, Long Tianyu didn't hold Father Gu accountable but used it as a threat to make Lu Wanwan marry him. Although Father Gu didn't go to prison, he hurt himself during the fight and fell into a coma. He had been staying in the hospital for treatment. After waking up later, he lost control of his mind and became insane. After marriage, on the one hand, Long Tianyu deeply loved Lu Wanwan, and on the other hand, he hated Father Gu for taking his mother away. For Lu Wanwan, on the one hand, she loved Long Tianyu in her heart, and on the other hand, she was afraid of him. With love and hate intertwined, both of them were deeply trapped and couldn't extricate themselves. As things developed, Long Tianyu investigated and found out the truth of that year. Tang's mother accidentally discovered that Ren Hao was cheating on her with other women. When Ren Hao had an argument with Tang's mother, he pushed her onto the road and she was hit and killed by a car. Soon after, in order to completely drive a wedge between Lu Wanwan and Long Tianyu, Ren Hao instigated Father Gu, making him think that Tang's mother's death was arranged by Tang's father. The angry and agitated Father Gu sought revenge on Tang's father and injured Long Tianyu during the process.
