Downfall of Mr. Perfect
Zuo Xiaobin, the legitimate eldest son of the Zuo Group, harbors a dream of pursuing music. For this, he defied his father’s wish for him to take over the group. He shares an apartment with a few like-minded friends, and every day he performs as a resident singer in a bar to earn a living. Though his life is modest, he finds great joy in it. One morning, he receives a call about a class reunion. Amidst the half-mocking, half-sneering remarks from Young Master Wang, Zuo Xiaobin still attends the gathering. His aunt (mother’s younger sister) is particularly displeased on his behalf: the Zuo Group should have included his late mother’s half-share, yet it is now in the hands of his father’s second wife—a former B-list actress—and her son. Truly feeling wronged for Zuo Xiaobin, his aunt takes him away from the reunion...When facing his half-brother Zuo Hongliang—who seems well-behaved on the surface but is actually scheming and calculating—Zuo Xiaobin realizes that it is indeed time for him to step up and take action. And so, the story begins.
