Burning Rose
Shen Zhiyue, disguised as a driver, discovers her husband Jiang Yue's affair with their maid Lu Jiahui in the car. The couple had killed her father and daughter. Shen Zhiyue plans to take revenge using Lu Jing, the illegitimate son of the mistress. She pretends to be chased by thugs, breaking into Lu Jing's bathroom while he's showering, creating a steamy seduction scene; at KTV, she self-harms to make Lu Jing turn against Lu Jiahui. During her revenge, Lu Jing saves her multiple times, and Shen Zhiyue falls in love with Lu Jing, whom she was using. Ultimately, she dies saving him. Lu Jiahui is also killed by Jiang Yue, who is then arrested. The series concludes with Lu Jing reuniting by the sea with a woman who looks identical to Shen Zhiyue.
